• Photos are labelled by room and the FNF file number. Photos are automatically uploaded to FNF’s Appraiser Connect
• Upgrades and features within the home are easily added so that you capture all the information about the property
• All critical information required for an inspection must be completed which means never having to go back to a property
• PDF summary of the inspection makes writing the report easier for the appraiser and also makes for a great review tool for appraiser reviewers. The PDF summary is automatically uploaded to FNF’s Appraiser Connect
